Dan Wilson brings something that is genuinely rare in the Singapore coaching and L&D market: he has actually done the work he now develops others to do. His career spans two distinct phases — a decade of operational leadership in large-format retail at Bunnings, Big W, and Apple, including full P&L accountability for teams of up to 200 people, followed by a decade of enterprise L&D leadership, building and running learning functions for organisations of 13,000 employees across 100 locations.
That combination — real operational experience, enterprise-grade program design, and professional coaching credentials — is what makes every Banksia engagement different. Dan doesn't teach frameworks he's only read about. He's navigated the exact transitions his clients are facing, and built the programs that helped thousands of others do the same.
