The single most common failure in organisations is promoting their best people without preparing them to lead. The New Manager Accelerator exists to change that. This 90-day program combines three full-day workshops with individual coaching sessions and between-workshop application assignments — so learning doesn't stay in the room. It transfers into the manager's actual team, in their real context, from day one. Available as open-enrolment cohorts for individual participants, or as in-house delivery for corporate clients with groups of new managers at any scale.
